心岸社企由臨床心理學家王念嚴 (Aquina)(HKCP-DCP, AHPRA, APS, SPS)創立，旨在提供專業援助及培訓，以期提升社會人士對心理學及情緒病的認識。團隊成員包括臨床心理學家、資深輔導員、職業治療師、社工、家庭治療師、性治療師及遊戲治療師。所有治療師均有十至二十年的臨床及培訓經驗。曾協作機構如下：

東華三院、基督教勵行會、香港防癌會、神召會元朗錦光堂、勞工處、地政總署、香港司法機構、長期合作夥伴 -- 香港基督教女青年會x心薈心理治療中心、HKUSPACE 及Holyoake Australia 等。
